4.) If so, which clan(s) and why did you leave? : I didn't leave, I joined the military
5.) Have you read the Clan Rules? : Yeah
6.) Do you agree with these rules? : Yeah
7.) What does Clan Rule #5 state? : crap! -goes back and reads- BE ACTIVEEEEE

It wasn't overlooked, his rsn is changed. What we need to know is if he was just not able to remember his account details or is he wanting to come out of retired status?

I am not sure how your account has come to be changed to retired, probably because you were gone so long? Not sure, however, since your return we have been hearing quite a few accounts from our members that you have been less than civil. While we appreciate your efforts in becoming a soldier (since we have a few soldiers already here as well as those who served in the past), telling people that they are just pixels and will land you in the realm of *I r banned*, kai? Reread the rules of the clan and please try to fix this, so we can be happy to have you back.

Damian was set to retired during the time that he was gone for the military - so that his account would not go to "inactive" during that time period, the same thing we try to do for all the soldiers or anyone who will be gone for extended periods of time for circumstances that are beyond their control.
